  1. No wonder so many people are on Prozac – even after 25 years of research showing it’s no better than placebo.

  2. It is sometimes hard to wrap one’s head around how much capitalism has conditioned us to believe that everything should have a price that is set by the invisible hand of the marketplace. Healthcare, education and housing should be universally affordable and accessible. But what we have is corporate interests profiting off of anything that moves as your words remind us so well.

Hope all is well, always good to hear your voice in the blogging wilderness.

  3. Thanks, Jeff. Yes, all is well. You won’t hear much from me for a while because I have no computer of my own and only have minimal access to the jungles of the internet. I’m also facing an uncertain housing situation in the near future so Life is throwing a tantalizing adventure my way that will keep me from becoming complacent or bored. Hopefully, I’ll be able to put some of these adventures on the blog and help entertain (if not inform) people with a perspective not seen in the mainstream media. Hope things are going well with your family. Peace.

  4. I hope your uncertain housing situation is temporary. I can look back and say many of the struggles I’ve experienced made me a smarter (I think) and stronger (I hope) person but it would still be preferable to skip the hardships and go right to the smarter/stronger stage.

Stay safe and keep in touch, my friend.

  5. I’m sure my situation will take twists and turns both rewarding and unfavorable. Hopefully instead of struggling, I’ll accept what the universe throws my way and be alert for opportunities to bring me to where I need to be. Thank you, Jeff, for all that you do. Peace, my brother.

  7. Te amo, mi gitana hermosa.

Yes, exactly. Life will greet us with an adventure that will be precisely what we need. It will be exciting. (You dance beautifully). 🙂
